Thank you for your interest in the MousePaw Media Internship Program!

During this application, you will be asked for the following:

  • Your personal information.
  • Your résumé (PDF).
  • A portfolio demonstrating your work. This may be a URL (such as GitHub) or an attached file.
  • For university students: an unofficial transcript (PDF).
  • For minors: a parental consent form (PDF).
  • Optional: Links to your career-related social media.

You may save and resume this application later, but be aware that uncompleted applications may expire after two weeks.

Security Note: We will NEVER request your social security number, government issued ID, or any financial information as part of the application or interview process!

MousePaw Media collects your personally identifiable information for the purpose of processing your application to our Internship Program. This includes:

* Legal name,

* Email address,

* Mailing address,

* Phone number(s),

* Date of birth,

* Legal name, email and/or phone number of references.

* Your work and academic history,

* Your legal history,

This information is stored on this server only as long as necessary to process your application. We will take all necessary measures to maintain the security of your information on this server.

Once your application has been either accepted or rejected, your data is downloaded to secure, long-term storage and removed from this system. Your legal name, date of birth, and date(s) of application will be retained for ten years for our record of hiring decisions. As to the remainder of your data provided through this application, digital copies will be destroyed after one year; paper records will be destroyed after five years.

At all times, only selected MousePaw Media volunteers with proper training and security clearance will have access to your data, as necessary for conducting internal hiring activities. At no time will this information be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
